Yes, that is agreed, hence the point about half-truths at the beginning of the article. There is love and acceptance in the gospel, but culture attempts to snatch love and acceptance out of the confines of the gospel and that is where error begins.

So that last statement when looked at in line with the entire article might not be too dissimilar from what you are saying.
