If the Messiah was never meant to suffer as you claim, can you explain Isaiah 53, Psalm 22 and Zechariah 12:10? Did the Jews themselves not believe in two Messiahs due to the fact there are prophecies of the Messiah both dieing/suffering and then reigning as king?
If there are no prophecies that the Messiah would suffer, why did the Jewish rabbis believe in TWO Messiahs? Messiah Ben Joseph who comes to fulfill all the suffering verses and dies in battle then Messiah Ben David who comes to reign as a king forever?
