It looks to me then that you love the Talmud when you can use it to prove multiple genders, it was way ahead of its time and unfortunately Christian fundamentalists today have it backwards, but the Talmud condemns homosexuality so it is really not an ally in your LGBTQ cause...and that's my point.

Secondly, there is no chance in hell the author of the Torah wrote the Talmud. The Torah explicitly mentions that the laws it describes are the laws Israel is obligated to keep, Deuteronomy specifies over and over that it is referring to "the laws commanded you today". Jesus condemned the Talmudic practises as "traditions of men".

Third, can you show me where the Bible nuances what homosexual acts it is proscribing? Chapter and verse will be thoroughly appreciated, I want to profit from the knowledge you garnered in your ministry degree from 30 years ago please.
