My friend, I call things as I see it and you indeed sounded like an idiot. You did not answer most of my questions. The only bit you partially addressed was Rome inventing Christianity...and your reasoning for that is again idiotic.

You can find parallels between any two things on the planet, does that prove causation? Unless you of course assume the truth that one caused the other, which is the fallacy of begging the question. But your case is so stupid, it beggars belief. The theology of Christianity is based on the Hebrew scriptures as per the teachings of Christ and the Apostles...and that precedes Romes by millennia...so to say Rome invented it...is daft, completely and utterly daft.

As an atheist, why do you care about the golden rule? If it was so engrained across all civilisations, why was slavery so normal until Christianity taught you to look at it as strange and unfair based on the religious principle that everybody is created equal and in God's image? Why is morality important to you as an atheist and what grounds your morality? What standards do you use to vet actions as moral or immoral as an atheist? If the golden rule is just innate to the human spirit, why is the Islamic world's version of morality (from the seventh century till today) so different from what you would term ideal? They marry kids and oppress religious minorities (not in a woke western sense, I mean by actually killing them in places like Egypt and northern Nigeria) and had to be pressured to end slavery. Why are they not aware of the golden rule if it is something common to all people and places?

Stop saying you have intensely studied, you just watch new atheist YouTube videos and call it study. Otherwise you will know the dating of Mark is highly debated and there are good reasons to believe it could not be 70AD because considering the abrupt ending of Acts, it was likely written c.62AD and Luke was before that and Luke used Matthew and Mark as a source....but you sound so much like a donkey, there is no point arguing with you on this point until you answer the above questions on what underpins your morality and you prove the golden rule was known to and practised across civilisations.
