My friend, in Luke 13, Jesus said "Unless you repent, you will likewise perish" so how is repenting not the main point when it literally is the distinguishing factor between whether you perish eternally or not?
Secondly, whether or not they were Jesus' first words, I have made the point that in every single gospel, Jesus commands people to repent. And this calls for change, radical change, which contradicts your "love and acceptance" framing of Jesus' message.
You sound like a nice person but you are thoroughly confused and you contradict yourself at every turn...because your LGBTQ agenda is your God and everything else, including Jesus Christ Himself must submit to that.
Now bear in mind I don't have personal issues with LGBTQ advocates, I disagree with the position of course but I don't go around picking debates with them. HOWEVER, LGBTQ advocates who try to make the Bible or (as in your case), Jesus an ally for their cause, that is where I draw the line.
Advocate for LGBTQ all you want but know Jesus is really not on your side on that one.
