So to summarize your response,

- You quoted a scholar that says THE TEXT IS GENERAL and not abrogated...which does not help your point

- You don't agree with Iran...but may I add that nobody cares what you agree or don't agree with, Islam is defined by Allah and Muhammad, not you

- Ibn Taymiyyah also said this on Jihad

": It is allowed to fight people for (not observing) unambiguous and generally recognized obligations and prohibitions, until they undertake to perform the explicitly prescribed prayers, to pay zakat, to fast during the month of Ramadan, to make the pilgrimage to Mecca and to avoid what is prohibited, such as marrying women in spite of legal impediments, eating impure things, acting unlawfully against the lives and properties of Muslims and the like. It is obligatory to take the initiative in fighting those people, as soon as the prophet's summons with the reasons for which they are fought has reached them. But if they first attack the Muslims then fighting them is even more urgent, as we have mentioned when dealing with the fighting against rebellious and aggressive bandit."

So he agrees you fight people for not following Islam or not following it properly. Didn't he call for Jihad against the Shia? So do you agree with him there?

- Anything that calls contradicts your notion of peaceful Islam is specific and not general... convenient that isn't it?

- The Jizyah is so cheap that you have to pay it with humiliation according to the Quran in Surah 9:29

- A second ago, the Ottoman empire was a shining example of Islam peacefully coexisting with other religions, a second later, it is not perfect and there was oppression of religion minorities

- Jesus never taught Christians to force people to convert neither did his disciples. Muhammad on the other hand commands you in the hadith and Allah in 9:29 to fight and humiliate people that are not Muslim....and don't try to "I can make the same argument about....", Islam is indeed discussion here. Defend it without changing topic.

- Of course Pact of Umar can never be authentic because in your Disney version of Islam, anything violent is either not general or not authentic. So you Muslims lie about and fabricate things in the name of fellow Muslims?

And of course Islam is ALWAYS the victim. Centuries of European colonization. Okay, so when Muslims went around conquering Christian lands in Egypt, Turkey, Greece, Syria and Jerusalem in the time of Muhammad, was it Europeans that went back in time to create centuries of colonization too?

Christians statistically are the most oppressed group in the world today...and it has been so literally from the first century...why do they not respond by creating terrorist organisations as well?

Stop lying to yourself and others my guy...
