The royal stupidity of King Charles III’s Easter message

The king had the following message on Easter,

“One of the puzzles of our humanity is how we are capable of both great cruelty and great kindness. This paradox of human life runs through the Easter story and in the scenes that daily come before our eyes — at one moment, terrible images of human suffering and, in another, heroic acts in war-torn countries where humanitarians of every kind risk their own lives to protect the lives of others. A few weeks ago, I met many such people at a reception in Buckingham Palace and felt a profound sense of admiration for their resilience, courage and compassion.”

Once again, just like the very stupid Christmas message given by the king last year, the very opening paragraph of the message trades on the fact that the gospel is some kind of “humanitarian” endeavour. Everything Jesus did was to help people and show compassion. That is literally all Jesus is to King Charles, or whoever writes his stupid speeches. The reality though is that the gospel message is not about humanitarian ends but rather on the seriousness of sin and the lengths God had to go, nay the extreme cost Jesus Christ our Lord had to pay, to redeem humanity from sin. To King Charles however, the stripes of Christ’s back, the agony of Gethsemane, the abandonment and loneliness on the cross, the nakedness and shame of being executed publicly, the spear thrust into the sides of Christ, the scourging by the Roman military (a.k.a. the half death because those who went through these would be half dead IF they survived at all), are all side shows or white noise, Jesus serves only a deluded political purpose of humanitarianism and absolute tolerance.

Just to show how stupid this idea is, how did Jesus react when a humanitarian crisis, of the kind Jesus is supposed to be a fire fighter for in the idiotic mind of the king, was reported to Him?

There were present at that season some who told Him about the Galileans whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices. And Jesus answered and said to them, “Do you suppose that these Galileans were worse sinners than all other Galileans, because they suffered such things? I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish.

(Luke 13:1–3)

Translation? As bad as the suffering of those Galileans were, sinners who refuse to repent would suffer a similar if not worse fate. Notice how Jesus reframed the narrative from a political situation to a gospel one. The exact opposite of the king who takes gospel situations and reframes their narrative to a political one. Jesus was offered political kingship in John 6 and refused it flatly.

The king continues,

On Maundy Thursday, Jesus knelt and washed the feet of many of those who would abandon Him. His humble action was a token of His love that knew no bounds or boundaries and is central to Christian belief.”

The love of Jesus knew no bounds or boundaries. Where the heck is the king getting this message from? How is love defined in scripture? God SAVING the world,

“In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

(1 John 4:9–10)

Notice the live of God is defined within the context of salvation from sin! God gave His Son to be a propitiation for sin. “Propitiation” is the appeasement of wrath. So God provided a sacrifice to appease His wrath. So the other side of the love of God is the wrath of God. And if there is wrath on the other side of the love, the love CANNOT be boundless now can it? The prophet Hosea writes,

“I will heal their backsliding, I will love them freely, for My anger has turned away from him.”

(Hosea 14:4)

John the Baptist, also says of Christ,

He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him”

(John 3:36)

The “love” king Charles has in mind, does not extend to those who rebel against Jesus and this becomes unmissably obvious in the book of Revelation where those being judged explicitly say they need to hide from the wrath (Open your ears king Charles-Wrath!) of the Lamb, who is Christ.

“And the kings of the earth, the great men, the rich men, the commanders, the mighty men, every slave and every free man, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains, and said to the mountains and rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! For the great day of His wrath has come, and who is able to stand?

(Revelation 6:15–17)

So no, the love of Christ is not so boundless that it extends to those who rebel against Him if they die in such rebellion.

The king continues,

The love He showed when he walked the Earth reflected the Jewish ethic of caring for the stranger and those in need, a deep human instinct echoed in Islam and other religious traditions, and in the hearts of all who seek the good of others.”

Very unclear why Judaism and Islam are getting mentioned here but let us analyse this. The “Jewish” ethic of caring for the stranger and those in need is accurate in that the Old Testament mandates these things. Question though, is when exactly does Jesus care for the stranger and those in need as per the gospel? Closest thing is the parable of the good Samaritan but the point of that parable is that Jesus IS the good Samaritan who cares for the helpless sinner who cannot care for himself. Where do we see Jesus caring for those in need? Jesus performed miracles to authenticate the fact He was sent by God. We also Jesus feeding five thousand and four thousand but what is left out here? The crowd had listened to him for DAYS straight. Jesus did not just provide for every Tom, Dick and Harry, He fed those who paid attention to Him and His message. Again, this humanitarian Jesus in the figment of king Charles’ imagination just does not exist!

Arguably the most idiotic part of the speech was the allusion to a “deep human instinct” in Islam. What the actual heck? What does Islam have to do with Easter? The Quran literally says that Jesus did not die on the cross.

And [for] their saying, “Indeed, we have killed the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, the messenger of Allah.” And they did not kill him, nor did they crucify him; but [another] was made to resemble him to them. And indeed, those who differ over it are in doubt about it. They have no knowledge of it except the following of assumption. And they did not kill him, for certain.”

(Surah 4:157)

Not only that, Islam commands those who follow it to fight Christians and Jews, specifically because they believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God.

“Fight those who do not believe in Allah or in the Last Day and who do not consider unlawful what Allah and His Messenger have made unlawful and who do not adopt the religion of truth from those who were given the Scripture — [fight] until they give the jizyah willingly while they are humbled.

The Jews say, “Ezra is the son of Allah “; and the Christians say, “The Messiah is the son of Allah.” That is their statement from their mouths; they imitate the saying of those who disbelieved [before them]. May Allah destroy them; how are they deluded?

(Surah 9:29–30)

So what exactly does Islam, a religion that came six centuries after the events around Easter and actively denies the significance of Easter, have to do with a message about Easter? The king is supposed to be the head of the Church of England but he is bowing down to wipe the backsides of Muslims, much like Keir Starmer. I am sure his mother is currently turning in her grave. This king is a disgrace to the United Kingdom and everyone who names the name of Christ worldwide.

Remember the same “deep human instinct” in Islam drove thousands of Muslims to groom, grape and gang-grape thousands of young white girls in the UK. Has the king said one word about this? Definitely not, because he is an idiot! I challenge the king, his speech writer and any Muslim on the planet to show me the human instinct in Islam. I will wait.

The king says further,

“The abiding message of Easter is that God so loved the world — the whole world — that He sent His son to live among us to show us how to love one another, and to lay down His own life for others in a love that proved stronger than death.”

You can see the problem here. Look at what Jesus said and then compare it to the king’s version,

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”

Jesus did not come to show us how to love one another but to save those who are perishing by giving up His life for them. Jesus’ statement is to the effect anybody who does not believe in Him will perish. In another plays, He says more explicitly,

Therefore I said to you that you will die in your sins; for if you do not believe that I am He, you will die in your sins.

(John 8:24)

The verse that the king is corrupting is a verse which is not “diverse” and all inclusive. It says only those who believe in Jesus will be saved, the rest will perish. He did in fact lay down His life, but if you do not receive that sacrifice of His life, a horrible fate awaits you,

For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a certain fearful expectation of judgment, and fiery indignation which will devour the adversaries. Anyone who has rejected Moses’ law dies without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses. Of how much worse punishment, do you suppose, will he be thought worthy who has trampled the Son of God underfoot, counted the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified a common thing, and insulted the Spirit of grace? For we know Him who said, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord. And again, “The Lord will judge His people.” It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.”

(Hebrews 10:26–31)

A fate that awaits the king of England if he does not repent and stop siding with a religion that not only encouraged the horrific abuse of the young girls within his kingdom and calls for the violent deaths and/or subjugation of those who believe in Easter both within and outside his kingdom.

Sick of this guy and his stupid ideas. He really should pick up the Quran and see what it says about him as a non-Muslim. Till then, I suggest he keeps his mouth shut about Islam and other faiths, and about Easter and Christmas.
