The Thomas example is the exact opposite. Thomas had the testimony of Jesus before His death that He would rise again, He witnessed the raising of Lazarus from the dead, he had the testimony of the women at the tomb and at least eleven other disciples...then Jesus Himself appeared in front of Him and offered Him the evidence He sought. To use that as a basis to say faith is belief without evidence is silly.
But thankfully you are not doing that.
