True, but whether or not the constitution or declaration of independence saying it makes it real or true in fact is academic. The fact it says it makes it real FOR AMERICA where you live.
And it is based on the belief in a CREATOR that the founding fathers could even start to discuss human rights. So it was a religious belief "imposed" on the country that led to the rights you hold so dear being "imposed" on you.
You love the founding fathers' religion when it gives you human rights but take away that religion and there is no grounds to talk about human rights.
