A couple things.

First, reread the comments. I am only calling the chap out for advocating that religious beliefs should be kept to one's self while speaking out his own belief that these religions cause perpetual conflict.

Secondly, here's some history for you. According to the encyclopedia of wars only 6.87% of conflicts have been religious in nature. So monotheisms causing perpetual conflict is just wrong. Atheism, a lack of belief in God which enables people devalue humans has caused more wars than religion has. Case in point world war 2.

Third, some more history for you, the Christian and Jewish monotheisms gave you advancement and innovation on many fronts as evidenced by the proportion of Nobel price winners by religion. (89% I believe). The scientific method, the printing press, universities, orphanages, hospitals, schools all products of these "monotheisms". To only call it a source of "perpetual conflict" is plain ignorant.

Finally, the only "monotheism" causing perpetual conflict in the 21st century today is the one I wrote about. Christians and Jews tend to be on the receiving end of persecution from that monotheism as its book commands.

In conclusion, make sure you understand what was said before jumping in and brush up on your history.
